Do I need to buy both CV screening and interviews?

No. They are separate purchases. Use CV screening to prioritise a large pool, buy AI interviews for an existing shortlist, or run L1 yourself with the free Interview Kit.

What does an interview pack include?

The selected number of AI first-round interviews, usable across your company’s jobs. Each interview includes role-specific questions, follow-ups and a structured evaluation to review. One credit is used when the candidate starts; returning to that same interview uses no extra credit.

What’s the difference between Community and Private?

Both use the same AI interview experience. Community interview data is shared with CareerUplift to support recommendations. Private interview data stays within your company. Each uses its own credit balance.

When do credits expire, and how is GST applied?

You have 3 months from payment to use each interview or JD Match pack across all your jobs. You can see the use-by date for each pack in Billing. All displayed prices are before tax. Checkout adds 18% GST and shows the final total before you pay.

What happens to my existing per-job purchases?

Your existing job entitlements remain valid. You can also redeem previously purchased, unused per-job credits from a job page. New purchases use the shared pack pricing above.
