What does one AI evaluation credit cover?
One credit activates AI evaluation for one job, including resume matching, first-round AI interviews and ranked candidates with scorecards. AI allowances and purchase details are available in your workspace before activation. Once activated for a job, AI evaluation stays on.
How does the first free AI job work?
Each company can activate AI evaluation on one job for free, using Community data sharing. Choose a new or existing job. This is separate from your free ATS, which you can keep using without AI evaluation.
What is the difference between Community and Private?
Both include the same AI evaluation capabilities. With Community, interview data is shared with the platform to improve recommendations across CareerUplift. With Private, interview data stays private to your company. Your choice applies to the AI evaluation enabled on that job.
Do I need to buy evaluation for every job?
No. Choose which jobs use AI evaluation. Other jobs continue with your free ATS, where you can review applicants and manage your hiring process yourself.
Where do I buy credits or see multi-job options?
After creating your workspace, open Billing to see your available free evaluation, credit balance and purchase options for 1, 5 or 10 jobs. Credits never expire. Buying credits does not automatically activate evaluation on your jobs.
