Activate it for a job when you create the role or later from the job page. It adds resume screening against your requirements, first-round AI interviews and scorecards to support your shortlist. AI allowances are shown in your workspace before activation. Your first AI-evaluated job is free, once per company, with Community data sharing. Once activated for a job, AI evaluation stays on.
