What happens on the first-round interview?

How does resume scoring work, and can I see why?
Each resume is scored against the JD with a breakdown of matched skills, experience fit, and notable gaps. The rationale is attached to every score, so you can audit the decision before acting on it.
Is the AI making the hiring decision for me?
No. The agent does the screening, interviewing, and ranking — but every decision to advance, reject, or hire is made by a human on your team. All AI output is explicitly decision support, and every stage change is logged to an audit trail.
